The House

The Language and Art B & B is in an antique patrician residence, renovated between the 16th and 17th centuries, and again in modern times. It is located on Soderini Street, which Jean Paul Sartre once called “a museum of italian residences”, due to the variety and quality of the buildings which are found there, dating from the 1100’s to the 1700’s.

The Language and Art B & B, which was completely renovated recently, has comfortable and bright rooms, completely furnished and decorated according to the taste and originality of the owner of the house. Each bedroom, with a private bathroom and colout tv, assures a calm, quiet place to relax.

The sitting room, richly decorated with antique furniture and objects, will ensure you an elegant and relaxing stay. During the winter, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.

From the small, private terrace on the top floor and from the windows of the apartment, which overlook the Tronto River, you will enjoy the splendid panoramic view of the jagged Monte Sibillini mountain range, the soft rolling hills of the Piceno, the monumental Bridge of Augustus and the many medieval towers, the pride of the city of Ascoli Piceno.
